What we treat
Inpatient kidney complications
Acute kidney injury is very common in the sick and the elderly population when they get hospitalized for various reasons.
We as nephrologist function as a guidance and supporting tool for our medical staff in both the intensive care units and general wards.
we aspire to preventing further deterioration of Kidney function in the hospital.
Chronic Kidney Disease
We work with the patient and their families hand in hand to slow down the progression of chronic kidney disease, and in some cases reverse the damage already done to the kidneys. We aspire to preventing as many dialysis cases as possible and we provide options to our patients such as transplant and home dialysis options such as Peritoneal and home hemodialysis.
Dialysis and transplant
We round weekly on our dialysis patients diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and/or Acute Kidney Injury. we provide support and supervision of the dialysis procedure and continuously adjust their medications and dialysis prescriptions.
We closely monitor Access complications such as bleeding and always coordinate with vascular surgery teams.
We coordinate and supervise the referral process for transplant evaluations for the right candidates.
